Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the epistemic foundations of ethical training as a strength of administrative pedagogies. The best education is one that makes professionals aware of the responsibilities they have towards societies. Meanwhile, the manufacturing and distribution practices of goods and services are subordinated to the condition of providing the material support that the communities deserve to express culture in an authentic way. It deals with the ways in which resources and opportunities are coordinated in order to implement strategies that multiply the factors that make production possible: Nature and man. Therefore, it promotes instruction as an exercise of freedom. Consequently, business administration raises legitimate democratic governments in dialogical confluences. It is a bibliographical study of a diachronic nature from the rationalist-deductive approach.
