Resumen
The research aimed to identify the relationship between the management of human talent and organizational commitment in the perception of teachers at the Universidad Peruana Los Andes. The research was applied, descriptive level, and correlational design, with a probabilistic and stratified sampling consisting of 316 teachers from five faculties of the Peruvian University Los Andes. The main conclusion is that there is a direct correlation (rho = 0.912) and highly significant (p-value: 0.000) between the management of human talent and the organizational commitment in the perception of teachers of the Peruvian University Los Andes de Huancayo.
