The current commercial and organizational environment is very dynamic and competitive, where organizations implement strategies to lead the market, but these strategies are the result of a conscientious work of the leaders, who beyond possessing qualities and attributes, must keep in mind that effective leaders achieve results, which will be critical factors for the development of the organization.
