Resumen

The present investigation has the purpose of analyzing the training opportunities offered by new communication and information technologies with the purpose of forming democratic societies. It deals with invigorating the teaching processes in favor of expressing plurality as a human condition. Based on this possibility, structure forms of dialogical coexistence. Thus, using communication skills in order to organize open communities to the extent that sovereignty presents horizontal forms of power. In this sense, it adds the pertinent strategies that strengthen the virtual exercise of teaching as a didactic-pedagogical resource in the mediating action of learning; specifically the case of the Economic and Social Sciences Program. It is a bibliographic study of a diachronic nature from the rationalist-discursive approach.
