Resumen
Analyze the level of compliance of the institutional repositories of the licensed Peruvian universities in relation to the RENATI Regulations. The specific objectives: describe the technological improvements of the platform and verify the transparent documentation of the research work. The study has a qualitative approach, with a longitudinal descriptive design. The PRISMA method developed the sample of 96 institutions for evaluation. To collect information, a monitoring and follow-up control panel was implemented on the status of adequacy of the institutional repositories. The level of compliance with the adequacy of the repositories to the regulations has progressively increased among the five indicators that were developed. It was proven that the requirements of the regulations, both in technological improvements and in the transparency of information recorded on the platforms, are positive. It is evident that more than 50% have managed to adapt their technological platforms, such as their internal regulations. 70.8% of repositories have managed to subscribe to the handle and 92.7% incorporate new metadata. Regarding the transparency of the information of the works, 85.4% include the result of the percentage of similarity of the works, 64.6% are transparent about the authorization of the type of access to the work and regarding the complete similarity report, only 59.4% he does it. Having an analysis of the current state of institutional repositories allows establishing decision-making mechanisms to promote the dissemination of works, guaranteeing the transparency of information.
